Short version: we collect the minimum we need to add you to a WhatsApp group, we do not sell anything and we do not share your details.

Who we are

St. Gallen Touch Rugby is an informal group of private individuals playing touch rugby in St. Gallen, Switzerland. We are not a registered club or a company. This website is run by members of the group.

What we collect

If you fill in the form on our Join us page, we collect the name and email address you enter, and your phone number if you choose to give it. The form also records the date and time of submission and, for spam protection, technical information such as your IP address.

This website uses cookies for basic functionality and, where you consent to them, for analytics. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to get in touch and add you to the WhatsApp group where games are organised. We do not send newsletters, we do not advertise and we do not pass your details to third parties.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as you are part of the group, and deleted on request. If you ask to be removed, we delete the submission and take you out of the group.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the Join us form or ask any of the regulars on a Thursday and it will be dealt with.

Third parties

Our pages embed a Google Maps frame showing the pitch, which loads content from Google when you view it. The Join us form runs on this website. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms and privacy policy apply once you join the group.
